By purchasing, accessing, downloading or continuing to use The Pre-Flight Ritual or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the product. You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement, or that you have authority to agree on behalf of the organisation you represent.

The Pre-Flight Ritual is a one-time digital purchase comprising an Audio-Visual Guide (streamed through private, short-lived links) and the “Passport to Yourself” PDF, available individually or as a single downloadable bundle. Access is granted to the email address used at checkout and is intended for that one person.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own personal development. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sub-licence, share your access link, or reproduce the materials for others. You may not circumvent the technical measures that protect the media, including our signed playback and download links.

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose;
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate another person;
• infringe our intellectual property or that of anyone else;
• interfere with security — including uploading malware, probing or scanning our systems, or scraping content or media links.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email and access links confidential, and for activity that occurs under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

STCMe retains all ownership of the product, including the video, the PDF, the written content, the software behind this site and all STCMe branding. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property to you.

We work hard to keep access available, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Playback and download links are deliberately short-lived and can be re-issued from your library at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Our own refund period is set out in our Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if a payment is reversed or not completed, where there is a security or fraud risk, or in the case of repeated or serious policy violations — including sharing your access with others. Where a purchase is fully refunded, access to the materials ends.

The Pre-Flight Ritual is a personal-development guide. It is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. Decisions you make remain your own responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

You agree to indemnify STCMe against claims arising from your unlawful use of the product, your breach of these terms, or your unauthorised sharing or redistribution of the materials.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which STCMe is established, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Questions? Email support@stcme.com.
